Over a hundred years ago, Indiana was a major producer of maple syrup in the USA. The product was an important part of Native American culture and was revered as a natural sweetener.
Recently, a new crop of maple syrup producers have started tapping trees. Supply is increasing as new technology plays a role in production efficiencies.
Indiana Maple Syrup is a healthier natural sweetener. Producing it in Indiana is beneficial for the natural environment and is valuable for our local economies!
